1. Beam structure
Double-layer box-type main beam: 30~40mm thick high-strength steel
plate (Q345B or above) is welded into a closed box, and
longitudinal stiffening ribs + transverse partitions are added
inside, with anti-deflection capacity of ≤S/1200 (full-load
deformation in the middle of the span <10cm/120m span).
Pre-camber: The prefabricated camber of the main beam is ≥1.4S/1000
(such as 168mm pre-camber for a span of 120m), offsetting the risk
of permanent deformation.
2. End beam and walking mechanism
Eight-wheel or sixteen-wheel load-bearing: The end beam uses four
sets of balancing trolleys (2~4 wheels per set), and the wheel
pressure is evenly distributed to the track, with a maximum single
wheel pressure of ≤45 tons.
Large-diameter wheels: Alloy forged steel wheel diameter ≥Φ1000mm,
tread quenching hardness HB≥320.
Four-corner full drive: 16-wheel model is equipped with 8
independent three-in-one drive units (motor + reducer + brake),
with synchronization accuracy error <0.1%.
3. Structural health monitoring
Fiber optic strain sensors are arranged at key points of the main
beam to monitor stress changes in real time (automatic shutdown if
exceeding the limit).
Track settlement monitoring system (accuracy ±1mm).
4. Electrical safety
Three-channel PLC control system: two sets of main control + 1 set
of hot backup, fault switching time <50ms.
Voltage fluctuation tolerance range: ±15% (equipped with a
stabilized power supply).
5. Operation protection
Laser three-dimensional anti-collision system: detection range 30m,
automatic generation of virtual electronic fence.
End hydraulic buffer + polyurethane energy absorption block
(absorption energy ≥50kJ).
