Double girder bridge crane with easy operation and 16ton Warehouses
use
Feature | European-Style A5 Crane |
Duty Classification | A5 (Heavy Duty/Intensive Use) |
Structural Design | Lighter yet stronger due to optimized steel structures and
precision welding. |
Hoisting Mechanism | High-performance hoist (e.g., modular design) with faster speeds
and longer service life. |
End Carriages | Compact, low-headroom design with 42CrMo wheels for smoother
travel. |
Control System | Advanced frequency control (VFD) for precise |

Cost | Higher initial investment but lower total cost of ownership (TCO). |
1. Double-girder box-type structure:
Two parallel closed box-type main beams are used, connected to form
a solid bridge frame through end beams.
Advantages: Extremely strong bending and torsional rigidity,
extremely small deflection of the main beam when fully loaded
(usually ≤ S/1000 ~ S/1500, S is the span), ensuring smooth
operation and accurate positioning under large spans, suitable for
precision lifting.
2. High load-bearing capacity and stability:
The main beam, end beam, and trolley frame are all reinforced
according to 16 tons of lifting weight + trolley deadweight +
impact load.
The trolley track is fixed on the upper cover plate of the main
beam, and the force is more reasonable.
Advantages: The load-bearing capacity far exceeds that of a
single-beam crane of the same tonnage, the structure is stable, and
the impact and deformation resistance are excellent, suitable for
frequent lifting of heavy loads or eccentric loads.
3. Independent trolley design:
The lifting mechanism and trolley running mechanism are integrated
on the rigid trolley frame, and the trolley runs along the track at
the top of the main beam.
It can be configured with double winches (main/auxiliary hooks,
such as 16/3 tons) to expand the flexibility of operation.
Advantages: The trolley has a solid structure and runs smoothly. It
can customize complex lifting mechanisms (such as double hooks) to
meet diverse lifting needs.
4. Powerful drive system:
Trolley drive: Usually four-corner drive (drive devices are set at
both ends of each side of the end beam) to ensure good
synchronization and no slipping during long-distance and large-span
operation.
Trolley drive: Centralized or separate drive, sufficient motor
power, and more precise speed control.
Hoisting drive: A special lifting mechanism (non-hoist) composed of
an independent reducer + drum + motor + brake is used, which has
high power, sufficient rope capacity, high reliability, and is
often equipped with double brakes (working brake + safety brake).
Advantages: Strong power, precise control, smooth start and stop,
and adaptable to high-intensity operations.
