Working principle
The working principle of the tube screw conveyor is based on the rotating push action of the spiral blade. When the motor starts, the spiral shaft is driven by the transmission device such as the reducer to rotate. The spiral blade on the spiral shaft rotates accordingly, and the material entering the feed port of the conveyor will be pushed by the rotating spiral blade. Due to the friction between the spiral blade and the material and the internal friction of the material itself, the material under the action of the spiral blade, along the axial direction of the spiral axis in the closed pipeline to do continuous linear movement, just like being pushed forward by an invisible spiral "push" until discharged from the discharge port, so as to complete the material conveying process.
