GCr15 steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good performance and most widely used in various industires. It has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance and high load bearing capacity and high contact fatigue properties after quenching and tempering.

Besides the size of 45.00mm(1.77165"), we make non-standard size, from 44.94mm to 45.06mm(1.76929"--1.774016"), such as grade, precision and surface qualiry are met the customer need.

GCr15 bearing steel is widely used to manufacture spindle bearings, railway bearings,engine bearings, machine tools bearings, mining machinery bearings, general machinery bearings etc.

Inspection

Moreover, the company has advanced production equipment and perfect inspection instruments,including low speed cold headers, high speed cold headers, ball flashing machines, ball crushers, lapping machines and heat treatment devices, and it can further ensure the reliable product quality through the comprehensive inspection realized by Rockwell apparatus, electronic compression-testing machine, optical microscope, metallographic microscope, appearance profile meter, laser surface roughmeter, automatic appearance detector and steel ball vibration testing meter.
