DC series gate valve

General

The gate valve is a straight-stroke switch-off valve with a beautiful appearance, light weight and compact structure. It can be manual or apply pneumatic actuators with inductive switches for remote control. The bottom of the knife gate valve is designed with a knife type and has a strong cutting force. It is especially suitable for use in media containing fibers and suspended particles. Therefore, this product is widely used in papermaking, sewage treatment, mining, sugar, chemical fiber and other departments.

Design features

Stuffing box

The external packing box design makes the filling of the packing change from the inside of the cavity to the removable external structure, which realizes the online replacement of the packing, making daily maintenance easier and faster.

Valve body

With ultra-thin design, the appearance is light and compact, and the structure is compact, which is easy to install and use.

Wedge disc

The bottom is designed with a knife-shaped arc and has a strong cutting force, which is especially suitable for pulping and control of fiber-containing media. After the gate is finely ground, it is treated with hard chrome plating, which has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Seal seat

The sealing seat adopts movable seal, and the O-ring pre-tightening provides force so that the sealing seat is tightly attached to the wedge disc. The leakage is greatly reduced, and the automatic wear compensation function is adopted for the wear of the sealing portion in long-term use, thereby improving the service life.

Guide module

The outlet end of the valve adopts the point guide wedge design, which has full diameter with no groove, and does not leave slurry and slag, which greatly reduces the valve flaut.

Multiple flow port

It can be designed as V-shaped, triangular or pentagon-shaped ports according to different working conditions to meet various flow adjustment needs.
