(1) Main Roll Forming Machine

• Roller material:ASTM1045 chrome plated surface with chrome
• Shaft diameter: ￠70mm material: SAE1045 with quenching and tempering

• Pressing after forming: Press the sheet after roll forming to required length
• Hydraulic drive uses the same hydraulic unit with cutting

• Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length

• Length measuring: Automatic encoder length measuring

• Computer used to control length & quantity. Machine will automatically cut to length and stop when required quantity is achieved

Machine loading, packing and shipping

Usually the machies will be transported to the customer's workshop by shipping in containers. Sometimes, it aslo can be deliveried by train containers.

The container that we are use are commonly 20 feet and 40 feet containers. 2 feet and 40 feet high containers and top open containers are used as well.

It depends on the machines the customer ordered. We will try our best to find a most economical way for you.
