Product introduction:
A diagonal flow fan primarily consists of an impeller, casing, inlet collector, outlet guide vane, and motor. Also known as a mixed flow fan, a diagonal flow fan is a cross between axial and centrifugal fans. The impeller of a diagonal flow fan imparts both centrifugal and axial motion to the air, creating a blend of axial and centrifugal motion within the casing.

Structural features:
1. Drum-shaped structure, using the meridian acceleration method and "quasi-ternary" flow theory to design the mixed flow fan adopts a conical wheel structure. Its small inlet and outlet characteristics accelerate the flow rate of the airflow and have a high pressure coefficient. The wind pressure coefficient is higher than that of the axial flow fan, and the flow coefficient is larger than that of the centrifugal fan.

2. 45° inclined impeller design, twisted wing-shaped blades, collector or arc silencer added to the air inlet, the air volume can reach 25000m³/h, and the wind pressure exceeds 1000Pa. Compared with traditional fans, it saves 30% energy and reduces noise by 15 decibels.

3. Thick bracket, sturdy and durable, not easy to deform, reduces the vibration generated by the motor during operation, allows the fan to continue to be stable and reduce noise.

4. High temperature-resistant copper motor, the conveying gas temperature is between -20℃ and 80℃, 100mg/m³.
