PTFE lined metal hose is composed of two pcs flange and a braided hose.
Due to the particularity of the medium, corrosion resistance is required, so the braided hose needs to be lined with polytetrafluoroethylene to ensure the actual working conditions.

Character of PTFE lined flanged flexible metal hose

The flanged metal hose is the primary pressure-bearing part of the hose installed in the pressure pipeline. It also acts as a sheath for the corrugated pipe. Depending on the pressure in the pipeline and the place of use, one or more layers of stainless steel wire or steel belt can be selected for weaving.

Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), our hoses offer excellent chemical resistance.

Installation requirements:

The metal hose can be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally, the ideal state is vertical installation, and should avoid installation near the wheels, and can be equipped with baffles when needed.

1, the construction site for welding operations should protect the surface of the metal hose, to prevent the welding slag and arc to touch the metal hose.
2, forbidden metal hose twisted installation.
3, should not be bent along the root of the metal hose, there should be no dead bend.
4, the through medium shall not be corrosive to the metal pipe material, the medium should be ≤ 25PPM chlorine ion content
