Introduction of aluminum foil embossing rollers:

The aluminum foil embossing roller is mainly used to emboss various concave and convex patterns on the surface of aluminum foil paper to increase the aesthetics and practicality of aluminum foil paper. This embossing process is widely used in packaging, decoration and other fields.

Production process of aluminum foil embossing rollers‌:

1. The roller body material is generally made of high-quality seamless steel pipe (special materials can be customized according to user needs). The inner hole is bored and ground to make the pipe wall thickness uniform, and then welded, stress-relieved, turned, ground and finished;

2. Calibrate static balance and dynamic balance processing; the coaxiality of the finished roller is ≤0.02mm;

3. According to the pattern, different processing techniques are used to achieve the extruded product with clear pattern lines, exquisite patterns, rich layers, and precise dimensions.

4. Finally, the surface is plated with hard chromium or other treatments, and the hardness can reach HRC58-62.
