Product Description:

Processing process of color coated aluminum coil 1. Raw material coil input: The aluminum coil is opened by using the unwinder to rotate continuously to ensure that the coil is continuously and smoothly input into the production line. 2. Preparatory treatment: The left and right surfaces of the aluminum coil are cleaned, chemically prepared, and then dried. 3. Roller coating: The aluminum coil obtained in step 2 is coated with topcoat and paint; the above primer and topcoat are composite fluorocarbon coatings. 4. Baking and cooling: The liquid architectural coating applied to the surface of the aluminum coil in step 3 is baked in a drying oven for drying. After curing, the temperature of the drying oven is controlled to achieve cooling of the coating to obtain a color-coated aluminum coil. The coating type generally uses PVDF fluorocarbon paint containing more than 70% fluorocarbon resin. Features of color-coated aluminum coils: Light weight; the density of aluminum is 2.73g/cm3, only 1/3 of steel. High strength can be achieved through component configuration, processing and heat treatment methods. Corrosion resistance; it has self-rust prevention ability; the oxide layer formed can prevent metal oxidation and rust, and has good acid and alkali resistance. The surface treatment is diverse and beautiful. It can be anodized, electrophoresed, chemically treated, polished, and painted. Good plasticity and easy processing. Good electrical conductivity. Non-magnetization and low spark sensitivity can prevent electromagnetic interference and reduce flammability in special environments. Easy to install; aluminum metal can be connected by riveting, welding, gluing, etc. Environmental protection; 100% recyclable.

Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province.
