Surface Coating

PE coated aluminum coil
The polyester (PE) coating can be firmly adhered to the aluminum surface after being baked and applied repeatedly. It is an anti-UV coating. In addition, it has rich color, good gloss and smoothness. The coating protects the base metal from UV rays, wind, rain, frost, and snow. Especially suitable for interior decoration and billboards.

PVDF painted aluminum coil
PVDF coating has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has excellent weather resistance and UV resistance, especially in harsh climates and environments. Henan Yongsheng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial cluster area of Gongyi City, Henan Province. It covers an area of 780,000 square meters and currently has 2,000 employees. Our factory have 9 cold rolling production lines, 41 casting rolling machines, one 1850 double-coil hot rolling machine, one 260-meter roll coating thick plate production line, two fully automatic spraying production lines, three color-coated thin plate production lines, more than 100 sets of aluminum single panel processing equipment including CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC engraving machines and fully automatic turret punching machines. It also has a stock of 6,000 tons of 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th series curtain base materials. It is capable of processing and producing various special-shaped aluminum single panels such as punched panels, engraved panels and double-curved panels. The daily output is 3,000 square meters and the monthly output can reach 100,000 square meters, fully meeting the various needs of customers.
