Operation
1. Before starting, check whether the fuel tank oil volume is sufficient, and there is no oil leakage at each oil pipe and joint; Whether the cooling system has sufficient water, is clean, and has no leakage, and whether the fan belt is properly tightened. Check that the internal combustion engine and the generator transmission part should be connected reliably, the wires of the output line should be well insulated, and the instruments should be complete and effective.
2. After starting, it should run at low speed for 3~5 minutes, and the operation can only be started after the temperature and oil pressure wheel are normal. The generator should have no abnormal sound in the rising speed, the brush contact on the slip ring and commutator should be good, and there should be no jumping and sparking. After the operation is stable, the frequency and voltage reach the rated value, the external power supply can be provided.
