Features:

This series micro cycle solder-reflow machines adopt a pipe nozzle comparable with that made by ERSA Germany. The thermal efficiency of pipe nozzles construction (example: ERSA type hot wind construction) is higher than that of perforated plate construction (example: HFLLER type hot wind construction). Therefore can effectively solve problems such as interval interference and dead angle of conveyor.
Functions of HOTFLOW series micro cycle solder-reflow machines:

1. Humanized operation interface, Windows 7 operating platform, Chinese and English switching.
2. Intelligent monitoring operation status, fault sound and light alarm, production data recording.
3. Siemens PLC + PID closed-loop control, temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.
4. Long temperature zone design, each temperature zone reaches 300mm length.
5. The air is returned to the front and rear of the temperature zone to effectively avoid cross-temperature, and the lateral temperature difference reaches ±2°C.
6. 2800RPM hot air motor, hot air flow rate up to 9OCFM, efficient heat conduction and thermal compensation capabilities.
7. Superior thermal insulation structure, shell temperature ≤30℃, full use of energy.
8. 3mm thick aluminum alloy galvanized air distribution board ensures uniform heat distribution in the temperature zone.

Installation and Calibration
1.Working environment and conditions
 This equipment shall be placed on horizontal, dry and well-ventilated workshop;
 Ambient temperature :5~45℃ ;
 Ambient humidity: 20~95%;
 Rated power supply: 380V, 100A (power wire shall be stranded wire of 16mm²), 3-phase and 5 wires system;
 Artificial draft system shall be installed at both ends of this equipment. The air flow of the draft tube is 25 m³/min.
2.Installation of equipment
 Shall position the equipment according to the real production requirements and practical situation;
 Raise the footpads of this equipment and simultaneously level this equipment by using these footpads
 This equipment must be installed horizontally.
3.Calibration
All parameters of this equipment shall be adjusted in accordance with customer’s requirements such as product, production rate and solder paste used. These adjustments comprise the linear speed of the chain, the temperature of each zone, etc. This equipment has been calibrated before shipment. It is only necessary to check if your power supply is applicable to this equipment when arriving at your factory.
