Meilong Tube specializes in producing tubing products for the oil

We carry a comprehensive range of coiled tubing made from
corrosion-resistant stainless steel and nickel alloys. Our

ranging from the early stages of subsea development in 1999 to the
present deepwater challenges offshore.
Incoloy alloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of
molybdenum and copper. This nickel steel alloy’s chemical
composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many
corrosive environments. It is similar to alloy 800 but has improved
resistance to aqueous corrosion.
It has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids,
to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as
pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 is especially resistant to
sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
This nickel steel alloy is used for chemical processing,
pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel
reprocessing, acid production, and pickling equipment.
We provide a kind of floating internal plug redrawn tubing,
supplied in the annealed condition. It has a continuous length
without any orbital joint welds.
The material is Incoloy 825(UNS N08825). The table below shows the specifications:

The burst pressure, collapse pressure and the pressure ratings are
theoretical and based on the minimum wall thickness and minimum
yield strength/tensile strength. They are calculated under the
conditions of 100°F (38°C) at neutral and static state.

Control Line Tubing Packaging and Shipping:
Control Line Tubing products are securely packaged for safe
delivery. The tubing is coiled and then wrapped with protective
polyethylene and enclosed in a carton box. The carton box is then
