Product Description:

The selection of materials is based on a number of factors, including bottomhole temperature, tensile and tear strength, water absorption, and chemical resistance. Meilong Tube has been thoroughly testing the control lines for years in order to ensure they are safe to use. Tests have included crush tests and high-pressure autoclave well simulation. In fact, laboratory tests have shown that the lines are capable of withstanding an increased load, even if wire-strand "bumper wires" are used.

Features:

Control lines are delivered in lengths up to 40,000 ft (12,192 m) which are free from orbital welding, in order to increase resilience.
Various single, double and triple flat-pack options are available. These flat-pack components can be supplemented by downhole electrical cables and/or bumper wires for convenient operations and deployment.
Using the welded-and-plug-drawn production method, a nice smooth round tube is achieved, enabling long lasting metal seals of the terminations.
To guarantee endurance and reliability, encapsulation materials are tailored to fit different well conditions.

Technical Parameters:

Our stainless steel 316L tubing is seamless and floating internal plug redrawn. It is supplied in an annealed condition and comes in continuous lengths without orbital joint welds. This table shows theoretical burst, collapse and test pressure ratings based on the wall thickness and minimum tensile and yield strengths at 100°F (38°C) under neutral and static conditions.
