Notebook Shaft Automatic Torque Testing Machine

The Notebook Shaft Automatic Torque Testing Machine is designed to test the torsion decline of rotating shafts after multiple notebook cover opening and closing cycles. It measures torque values for each cycle, records curve changes, and generates torque decay life curve diagrams. This eliminates the inconvenience of having to disassemble the shaft for torque measurement.

Featuring Windows-based interface settings, the machine offers simple operation and convenient data storage capabilities, including test conditions, torque-angle graphs, life graphs, and inspection reports.

1. Sample Clamping
   • Secure the sample to the left fixture
   • Adjust the right fixture position according to sample specifications
   • Adjust fixture to appropriate test position using left side knob (e.g., align bending position to turntable center)
2. Turn on power switch, enter operation interface, and set relevant parameters (angle, speed, etc.)
3. Machine stops automatically upon completion
4. Proceed with next test by repeating above steps
