Working principle of PU Round belt:
The PU Round belt drive is a friction belt drive. The drive belt is tightly sleeved on the two pulleys to generate pressure between the belt and the contact surface of the pulley. When the driving wheel rotates, the friction between the belt and the contact surface of the driving wheel causes the belt to move. At the same time, the belt drives the driven wheel to rotate by the friction between the belt and the contact surface of the driven wheel, thus transmitting motion and power.

PU round belt application:
The round belt is applied to the round belt drive. The round belt drive generates friction force by pressing the belt and the wheel groove. It has good elasticity. It can alleviate the impact vibration during the operation, and has stable movement, low noise. The belt slips when the load is too large, which plays a role in protecting the machinery. Circular belt drive is applied to low speed and low power transmission, such as sewing machine, tape drive and other small power or manual machinery.

Work characteristics:

1. Because the circular belt is an elastic body, it can mitigate the impact of load and move smoothly without noise.
2. Overload will cause the belt to slip on the pulley, thus preventing other parts from being damaged.
3. The manufacturing and installation accuracy is not as strict as the meshing transmission.
4. The belt length can be increased to adapt to the working conditions with large center distance.

Type of round belt:

The round belt is generally divided into smooth round belt and rough round belt: the round light belt is orange, and the round rough belt is dark green. The light band has good surface finish, bright color, rough rough surface, uniform and tidy particles, comfortable feel and wide application range. It is divided into pu round belt, tpu round belt and volta round belt according to material. Its specifications are from Φ 2～ Φ 20 can be produced.
