Transformer Oil Filtration Plant Model ZYD-150(9000LPH) is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal
with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil,
insulating oil, dielectric oil and so on. The machine is especially
for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power
equipments that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is
over 500-1000 meters. It can remove the free and dissolved water, gas and particles from oil high-efficiently, increasing the
pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device
running safely. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75~85KV. It is
very suitable for the large electric&insulation equipments.
Features:
1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating,
ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. Big capacity of moisture ands gas separating chambers, efficient
oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to
ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving
greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique
and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and
effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration

6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system

heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank
pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault,
machine will be power off automatically.

Oil Purifier Technical Features:
1. Based on the high efficient vacuum oil purifier, Roots vacuum booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are added, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5Pa.
2. Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status, which achieves satisfactory dryness and could bring the breakdown voltage up to 70KW, resulting in an enhanced one-time filtration effect which reduces the oil aging problem existing with ordinary purifiers as caused by repeated heating.
3. Being able to remove the minimal amount of water and various gases in oil, thus ensuring zero acetylene existence. The Purifier can also serve as vacuum oil filler and dryer for transformer.
4. The advanced infrared level automatic control system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures long-term safe and reliable operation.
Use:
To be used for treatment to new oil, imported oil and super HV transformer oil, particularly applicable to 110KV power distribution system and the national grid, shortening the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.
