Machine brief introduction
The machine is designed to the produce of the fish type masks:

1. after being fed into the machine, the entire roll of cloth is unrolled through roller drive and then the edge of the cloth is weld.

2. the nose wire coil is unpacked, cut, automatically folded, and welded.

3. After being cut and formed, the masks are conveyed to ear-loop welding post to be welded.

4. The finished masks are conveyed through conveyor belt for collection.

Machine features
1. The machine adopts ultrasonic melting technology and the operation needs one staff only.
2. The production process, including material feeding, nose wire inserting, edge welding, and product cutting, is fully automatic.
3. The framework structure of the machine is aluminum, which enables rust-free, durable, attractive and easy to clean.
4. The machine adopts PLC control system and is equipped with pneumatic components of international brands.
