Machine Description

CWH design this mask machine with our twenty-five years' experience, and also use some good quality international brand components So this mask making machine is be of stable, efficient, safe and dutable. It is a ideal machine for manufacturing of KN95 face mask.

Production process:

1. automatic forming through coil feeding.

2. automatic feeding.

3. cut off of nose bridge strips and coils.

4. cut off edges of the mask.

5. folding and flattening.

6. ultrasonic welding fusion.

7. molding.

8. automated ultrasonic welding ears belts.

Machine Application

This machine is suitable for the production of KN95 face mask composed of 4-5 layers of non-woven fabric :

1. Inner layer is ordinary non-woven fabric.

2. Middle filter layer (1 or 2 layers) is treated polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric.

3. Outer layer is water-repellent non-woven fabric, which is mainly used to isolate people’s saliva droplets.

4. Other layer of fabric is hot air cotton.
