Equipment Overview

Due to the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, new energy electric vehicles have gradually become popular in life and become more and more common. Compared with traditional internal combustion vehicles, electric vehicles use an electric drive system with high voltage inside, and the presence of high voltage will involve the assessment of the overall insulation performance, especially as the service life of the vehicle increases, system operation vibrations, temperature and humidity and other environmental changes Under the circumstances, it may cause the decrease of its overall insulation performance. Such changes will endanger the safety of users and affect the operation of the car. Therefore, the insulation detection function is a very important function of the entire car.

Technical Projects

1. Insulation resistance of charging socket
Whether the insulation resistance between the phase line terminals of the vehicle's AC charging socket or the positive and negative terminals of the DC charging socket and the electric platform can meet the requirements.

2. Vehicle insulation resistance test
It is used to detect whether the insulation resistance value of the vehicle level can meet the requirements, and it is divided into the insulation resistance of the circuit containing the B-level voltage power supply and the insulation resistance of the B-level voltage load without the power supply.

3. Insulation detection function verification
The vehicle has an insulation resistance detection function, which is used to detect whether the vehicle can normally transmit an alarm signal to the driver when the vehicle insulation fails.

2. Screen display: 21.5-inch true color LCD screen is used, and the interface of the test process is visible, which is convenient for observation and judgment.

3. Open platform: It equipped with test program editing function, test project editing function, test report editing and printing function, user permission setting function etc.

4. Scan code function: It can record the vehicle VIN number, VSN number and main accessories number, and automatically associate the barcode to print the test report after test is completed.

5. Permission management: multi-level permission setting, which is convenient for management.

6. Data management: Manage various data, protect the integrity and security of the data, and have functions such as query and export to meet the data management needs of the production line.

7. Safety protection: Over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, leakage current protection and emergency protection, etc.

8. Massive data: Support massive data storage and analysis; MES system docking, etc.

9. Flexible startup: Support multiple startup methods such as scan code startup, button startup, remote startup, etc.
