The Ring Die raw material :

Alloy steel: 20CrMnTi. HRC:52-55

Stainless steel: Chinese Standard: X4Cr13, Germany Standard: X46Cr13. HRC: 56-60

The raw material is first key in the quality of ring die ,X4Cr13(4Cr13) for exapmple :

its quality source must start from the steel ingot: the chemical composition of the 4Cr13 steel ring die (qualityFraction%) is: C content≤0.36~0.45, Cr content 12~14, Si content≤0.60, Mn content≤0.80, S Content ≤ 0.03, P content ≤ 0.035; in actual use, the Cr content is about 12%
