Q1, What is your MOQ?

Generally our moq is 2000pcs, but we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

Q2, Can I get samples?

Yes, we can provide you the existing sample free of charge. For samples with your own logo, we will charge a little sample cost, this cost is refundable when you sign PO with us.

Q3, How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want it with your own designs, it takes 5-7 days subject to your designs.

Q4, How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30days around for 3000pcs. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery even for large quantity.

Q5, What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer, so you can provide JPG, AI or PDF file. We will make 3D drawing for your confirming first.

Q7, What certificates do you have?

FDA, LFGB.

Q8, What is your payment term?

30% T/T in advance after order confirmed, the balance should be arranged before the delivery.
