The bar cooling bed is used to accept the input of high temperature bar (round steel, rebar), straighten, cool and complete the assembling and conveying to the next procedure.

Cooling bed products are suitable for different specifications of bar (round steel, rebar), sizes including Φ10~ 50, Na 12~ 90, Na 20~ 90, Na 40~ 130, Na 50~ 180, Na 100~ 300 and so on

It also makes the bar can rise quickly after being cut off, and separates it from the bar that is still being rolled.

The braking apron board is a plate located on one side of the input roller table that can move vertically up and down.The friction resistance between the plate and the steel is used to make the steel brake, and the steel is fed into the cold bed straightening plate through the lifting movement.
