The cooling bed is one of the indispensable auxiliary equipment in medium and small bar workshop.Its function is to cut the rods with the length of multiple feet by flying shears after rolling in the rolling mill, transport and unload them to the rack of the cold bed for cooling so that their temperature drops from 900℃ to 100 ~ 300℃, and then collect them into groups and send them to the output roller table, and then the output roller table sends them to the cold shears for cutting into finished products of fixed size.The design quality and installation precision of the cooling bed directly determine the final quality of the product.
