• Computers can be returned for repair. If a computer malfunctions under warranty, it can be replaced for free after being sent back for assessment.
• Consumable parts are not covered under warranty. Additional consumable parts are provided with the machine for approximately one year; please refer to the packing list.

• We offer lifetime after-sales service. If the machine encounters any issues, customers can inform us of the problem with photos and short videos. We will assist in resolving the problem through online guidance.
• In the case of severe issues, upon request, we can dispatch a technician to the customer's location. The customer is responsible for covering visa expenses, round-trip flight tickets, accommodation, and a daily technician labor cost of USD 150.
