Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: The MOQ of our stock products is 1 piece. The MOQ of customized products is 200 pieces per style per color. If the fabric is our regular fabric, we can also accept small orders, please contact us for details.
Q: Can I get a sample to check the quality of the product?
A: Yes, you need to pay the sample free, but if your bulk order exceeds 200 pieces per style color, the sample free will be refunded to you.
Q:What is your lead time?
A: Our sample time is 6-8 days. If you sample orders is urgent, we can complete it in 3 days, but there will be extra cost. The production time of bulk orders id 20-30 days, which can be negotiated according to the order quantity and production schedule.
Q: Can you make our designs(OEM)?
A: Yes, we provide OEM, ODM, OBM service.
Q: What is your payment method?
A: T/T, L/C, accept large orders (30%down payment, 70% balance before shipment), western union and paypal accept small orders.
