HY-PH12010E is a graphene production furnace with multiple heating source ie. microwave and electric, which ensures heating uniformity and durability inside the furnace chamber.
HY-PH12010E can work continuously under 1000°C, while the perfect graphite oxide exfoliation temperature is considered to be around 950°C according to literature.
The graphite oxide exfoliation process can be finished in a few seconds since the heating speed of the furnace can reach up to 500°C/s, which enables instantaneous exfoliation of graphite oxide and efficient mass production of high-quality graphene.
HY-PH12010E can be applied to large amount production of graphene, the production capacity can reach up to 10~55kg per day.
