Description

This cable tray roll forming machine can be used to produce both perforated ladder cable trays and solid bottom cable trays with different bottom widths. Applicable materials are pre-galvanized steel coils, hot dip galvanized steel coils and stainless steel coils. Main process is decoiling, leveling, punching, roll forming and cutting.

Machine Features

• This machine can produce perforated cable trays and solid cable trays with adjustable bottom width.
• One side of the roller stands is fixed on the machine bed, and the other side of the machine bed as a whole can move horizontally through CNC linear guider.
• Seperated leveling device and punching device are designed for high machine speed.
• Cast iron roller stands and gear box transmission make the machine run stable at a fast speed with less noise.
