Hot Water Circulation Food Sterilization Equipment Pot Horizontal Retort Sterilizer
Main Features
The sterilizer works by mix heating steam and processing water in the retort and make them recycle.
It can also supply compressed air when necessary to ensure sterilizing at lowest temperature without breaking package.
Water at the bottom of sterilizer recycles by multiple spray units.In this way,steam,water and air can be mixed and steam consumption lower a third than water immersion sterilizing and steam sterilizing.
The sterilizer is equipped with heat exchanger thus the processing water cycles through one side of exchanger while cooling water through anoher side . In this way , cooling water avoids touching container,and no need chemical treatment . The water in the sterilizer must be real-time monitored and controlled to keep a appropriate level (lower than container).
The compressed air can be recycle used during whole processing ,its pressure can also be adjusted by regulating valve.
