Hydraulic double pipe clamps with stainless steel plates and bolts

Hydraulic twin series pipe clamps /Hydraulic Double pipe clamps with stainless steel plates and bolts according to DIN 3015 part 3:

1) Size range:

Double pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -42 mm

2) Structure:

Assembly of double pipe clamps including cover plate, welded plate, twin clamp bodies (2), high strength bolt.

Rail double pipe clamps (T-G3 series) available: cover plate + twin clamp body(2)+ bolt + rail nut, installed on channels or rails.

Stacking double pipe clamps (T-G6) available (max. 5 layers): Stacking Bolts + twin clamp body + safety locking plates.

3) Material:

Cover Plate: 304 / 316 stainless steel

Welded Plate: 304 / 316 stainless steel

Bolts: 304 / 316 stainless steel

Twin Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)

4) Working Temperature:

Double pipe clamps with PP clamp body: -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour

Double pipe clamps with PA clamp body: -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour

Double pipe clamps with Aluminum clamp body: high temperature application up to 300 ℃.
