The air suspension system can independently adjust each suspension strut to control the horizontal height of the vehicle body at the front and rear axles, ensuring that the vehicle body maintains a horizontal state. The horizontal height adjustment function allows manual lifting and lowering and automatic lifting and lowering of the vehicle body's horizontal height according to speed. During this process, the system will automatically increase or decrease the vehicle's horizontal height according to the driver's settings. The automatic shock absorption adaptation system adjusts the shock absorption force to adapt to road conditions and driving styles. When the vehicle speed increases, the driving mode changes to sport mode, and the shock absorption is automatically adjusted to a shock absorption characteristic with greater stiffness. Compared with the passive suspension system of traditional shock absorbers, it can significantly reduce the body's bumps.
Enhance Ride Comfort
Absorb road shock: When the vehicle is traveling on an uneven road,
the air spring in the air suspension shock absorber can absorb the
shock force generated by road bumps by compressing or expanding
air, reducing the vibration transmitted to the vehicle body. For
example, when encountering speed bumps or potholes, the air spring
can quickly buffer to avoid severe shaking of the vehicle body.
Adjust suspension stiffness: By changing the air pressure in the
air spring, the softness or hardness of the suspension can be
adjusted. On a flat road, reducing the air pressure makes the
suspension softer, enhancing comfort; on a high-speed or bumpy
road, increasing the air pressure makes the suspension harder,
reducing body roll.
