Its hollow-core fiber structure creates thermal-insulating air pockets, delivering exceptional thermal stability in extreme conditions down to -30°C, with 30% improved heat retention compared to conventional nylon (ASTM F1868 certified). The polymer-level integrated silver-ion technology achieves 99.9% antibacterial efficacy (ISO 20743 certified, effective after 50+ washes), providing long-lasting odor-causing microorganism inhibition. The unique vertical capillary channel design enables a 0.03-second moisture absorption rate (AATCC 195 tested), maintaining skin surface humidity below 10% during intense activities. This innovative material is 45% lighter than comparable thermal products while retaining 95% elasticity at -25°C (EN 14704-1 compliant), and carries both Bluesign® environmental certification and REACH SVHC compliance.
