▶ Confirm thickness (commonly 0.2-1.5mm, tolerances 0.05mm ), length and width meet processing equipment requirements.
▶ Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in grain and color may occur. These are inherent to the material and do not constitute quality defects. For optimal installation results, it is recommended to order an additional 10% of material for each project. We ensure that products sourced from the same batch and the same section of the log maintain a color variation within 5%.
▶ Confirm payment terms: 50% T/T advance payment, 50% T/T balance payment before loading.
▶ Clarify Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) to allocate responsibility for risks during transport.
