Description:
The professional ultrasonic welding stress relief equipment is a digital intelligent ultrasonic system that can eliminate the internal stress and weld toe surface defects generated by the welding process. Prevent deformation or cracking of the workpiece caused by stress release and suppress crack initiation. Improve the yield strength and fatigue life of welds, and increase surface hardness.
Principle:
The driving power of ultrasonic waves is connected to the
ultrasonic transducer set in the housing through a cable. The
vibration output end of the transducer is connected to the
amplitude rod, and the amplitude rod end is equipped with an impact
needle.
The ultrasonic driving power supply can convert the mains power
into high-frequency and high-voltage AC power, which is transmitted
to the transducer. Then, the ultrasonic transducer converts the
current into mechanical energy, that is, ultrasonic waves. Its
manifestation is that the transducer performs reciprocating
expansion and contraction motion in the longitudinal direction, and
the frequency of the expansion and contraction motion is equivalent
to the frequency of the AC current of the driving power supply. The
displacement of the expansion and contraction is about ten
micrometers.
The function of the amplitude lever is to amplify the output
amplitude of the transducer, which can reach about 100 microns, and
to apply impact force to the impact needle, pushing it forward at
high speed. After the impact needle impacts the workpiece, energy
is transmitted to the weld seam to eliminate stress.
After being subjected to the reaction of the workpiece, the impact
head rebounds and hits the high-frequency vibration amplitude rod.
It is then excited again and collides with the weld seam at high
speed, repeating this process multiple times to complete the impact
work.
