System Initialization Phase

(0.5-0.7MPa), heating module (±1℃ temperature control accuracy),
and servo positioning system during startup.
• Process Parameter Configuration: Sets bag parameters (three-side
sealing/four-side sealing), filling accuracy (adjustable from
0.1-5000g), and dual-channel temperature control (independent
upper/lower sealing knife temperature control) via the 10.1-inch
touch screen.
Material Collaborative Processing
• Premade Bag Feeding: The rotating suction cup group, in
coordination with the infrared positioning sensor, achieves a
stable bag removal rate of 800-1200 bags/hour.
• Product Measurement: Utilizes a combined weighing system (linear
error ≤±0.2g) and spiral volume measurement (powder accuracy
±0.5%).
Precision Filling Process
• Solid Materials: Equipped with an anti-bridging stirring device
and dust removal vacuum system to handle granular materials ranging
from 0.1-20mm in particle size.
• Liquid Materials: Utilizes a high-precision gear pump (flow
repeatability ±0.3%) with an anti-drip nozzle, suitable for a
viscosity range of 1-5000cps.
Sealing Quality Control
• Longitudinal Sealing: Utilizes a ceramic heating plate with PID
temperature control to form a 3-5mm sealing belt (peel strength
≥35N/15mm).
• Horizontal Slitting: Employs a hydraulically driven shearing
knife group to achieve burr-free sealing at a rate of 50-120
packs/minute.
Finished Product Output Management
• Quality Inspection: Incorporates integrated X-ray foreign body
detection (sensitivity ≥0.3mm) and dynamic weight check (±0.1g
resolution) for double-stage screening.
• Post-Processing: Features a modular output design with options
for robot palletizing (up to 5kg load) or automatic box packing
unit.
