Product Introduction
It is a filtering mechanical separation equipment used for mud solid phase treatment, consisting of a screen and a vibrator. The coarseness of the screen is expressed in mesh, generally 50 mesh or less is a coarse screen, and 80 mesh or more is a fine screen. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel, which rotates under the drive of the motor to make the screen frame vibrate. Due to the vibration of the screen frame, when the mud flows onto the screen surface, the coarser solid particles remain on the screen surface and are discharged from one end along the inclined surface. The finer solid phase particles and the mud liquid flow through the screen holes to the mud pool.

Product Introduction
The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator makes the screen surface produce plane gyration vibration, while the lower rotating weight makes the screen surface produce conical gyration vibration. The combined effect makes the screen surface produce complex gyration vibration. Its vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The curve is projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and an ellipse on the vertical plane. The amplitude can be changed by adjusting the exciting force of the upper and lower rotating weights. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the curve shape of the screen surface motion trajectory and the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.
