Product description

The casing oscillator is a type of full-casing drilling rig. This equipment uses a clamping mechanism to rotate the casing back and forth in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, reducing the resistance during casing sinking and extraction. The driving of the casing for sinking and extraction operations is achieved through hydraulic cylinders.

8 The distance between oscillator and rig can be adjusted conveniently due to bolt connections.

9 Added anti-torsion pin of clamping collar to ensure 100% torque transfer to casing.

10 0.6-1.5m casing diameter with different clamping collar to meet customers’ needs.
