1. Reduced the discharging particle size and increased the hourly output. After the improvement, the length from the hanging hole to the end of the hammer head was increased from 350 mm to 360 mm, the rotary diameter was about 1250 to 1270 mm, and the gap from the hammer head to the shell plate of the hammer crusher was reduced from 25 mm to 15 mm. Therefore, the discharging particle size can be changed from the original less than 20 mm and 25% of powder to 8-10 mm and 60% of powder, which greatly improved the crushing effect of the crusher and thus increased the hourly output.

2. Improved the grinding effect. After the secondary crushing of limestone and other materials, it is necessary to study the energy consumption and efficiency. Crushing is more efficient than grinding and consumes less electricity. Therefore, it is required and hoped that limestone is crushed more and ground less. The discharging particle size of 8-10 mm and 60% of powder greatly improves the production effect of the powder machine. The output is increased from 12 tons per hour to 16 tons per hour, reducing the production cost of raw materials.
