High Speed CNC Milling Of Aluminum Superior Performance

Milling in CNC machining is a common precision processing method for aluminum, featuring high efficiency and high precision. When processing aluminum materials, a higher spindle speed (8000-12000rpm) and a larger feed rate are usually selected to fully leverage the advantages of aluminum materials such as softness and good thermal conductivity. The appropriate cutting depth is generally controlled between 0.5 and 3mm, which not only ensures processing efficiency but also controls surface quality. The use of alloy end mills or coated tools can further enhance the processing performance.
