The Conical Self Aligning Idler Roller is a key component for maintaining proper belt alignment in conveyor systems. Designed with tapered rollers mounted on pivoting frames, it self-corrects belt deviation using mechanical feedback — eliminating manual adjustments and minimizing downtime.

Working Principle   
When a conveyor belt strays from its path, the narrower end of the
conical roller engages the belt first. This creates a difference in
surface velocity across the roller, generating a lateral force that
causes the roller assembly to pivot and steer the belt back to its
central position, automatically realigning the belt without
operator input.
