General Introduction:

PVC expansion machine mainly uses the principle of heating and mechanical expansion to expand the PVC pipe. The end of the pipe is heated to a certain temperature by a heating device to soften the PVC material. Then the expansion die or expansion mechanism is used to apply radial expansion force to the softened end of the pipe to expand its diameter to the required size.Finally, it is cooled and shaped to complete the expansion process.
