The Nylon Bristle Pilot Bonding End Brush style is ideal for use on plastics and wood to remove rust & oxide build-up, and light burrs from steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
They will give a softer brushing effect than wire brushes, and are perfect for the preparation of painted surfaces prior to repainting.
Abrasive Nylon Bristle Pilot Bonding End Brush are also great for achieving a rust effect on soft timbers.
An advantage of using an abrasiveNylon Bristle Pilot Bonding End Brush is that they do not scratch, and therefore are suitable for cleaning and polishing any kind of wood (fine or rustic), metallic surfaces such as automobile bodies, tile, stone & concrete, plastic materials, plus stainless steel and aluminium surfaces.
Nylon Bristle Pilot Bonding End Brushes have abrasive impregnated in them, so are great for stripping paint, and removing rust, corrosion & weld scale.
Also for preparing plastic, fiberglass, and metal for primer. Nyalox brushes last up to 10x longer than wire brushes - they hold their shape and won't rust or shed bristles.
As bristles wear, new abrasive is exposed, renewing the brush. 1/4" shank. 2,500 rpm max.
