Working principle
When the dust-free feeding station is working, the worker pours the material from the feeding port, and the sealing cover immediately blocks the dust. The airflow generated by the material pouring carries dust and is sucked into the efficient filtration system. The system through multiple layers of different precision filter, such as the initial effect filter to intercept large particles, medium effect, high efficiency filter to capture fine dust, clean air after purification is discharged back to the workshop. At the same time, the lower conveying device is opened, and the material is uniformly and stably transported to the subsequent production link by means of transmission such as belt and screw, to ensure that the whole feeding process is dust-free and efficient.
