How to install motorcycle LED spotlights?

1. Determine the installation location
Common locations: both sides of the handlebars, front forks, bumpers or near fenders.

Notes:

Avoid blocking the original headlights or affecting steering.

Ensure that the angle of the spotlight complies with local regulations (avoid direct light on the oncoming vehicle).

2. Fix the spotlight bracket

Fix the spotlight on the bracket with screws, and then install it to the body through the bracket (such as the frame bolt hole).

Ensure that the screws are tightened to avoid loosening during driving.

3. Wiring (key steps)

Relay wiring (control the spotlight through the relay to protect the circuit):

85 pin: connect to the switch control line (can be connected to the original headlight circuit or independent switch).

86 pin: ground (connect to the frame or battery negative pole).

30 pin: connect to the battery positive pole (fuse needs to be installed).

87 pin: connect to the spotlight positive pole.

Spotlight wiring:

Positive pole of spotlight → 87-pin of relay.

Cathode of spotlight → ground (vehicle frame or negative pole of battery).

Switch wiring (if using independent switch):

One end of the switch is connected to 85-pin of relay, and the other end is connected to the positive pole of battery (or original vehicle ACC power supply).
