Automated Blood Typing Analyzer (Tube Method)
Overview
BaSO Automated Blood typing Analyzer is designed in accordance with
the experimental principle and operation process of the classic
method of blood typing serology (Tube Method). The micro-column
reaction card (six-hole card) is used as the test carrier to
perform blood cell antigen and antibody agglutination test. The
strength of agglutination state is detected by the curve change of
transmitted light flux, and the test results were automatically
interpreted in a quantitative way.
Highlights
■ Accurate. Qualitatively and quantitatively analysis and judgment
for test results.
■ classical Method. Quantitative interpretation.Strong detection
ability of subtypes and weak agglutination samples.
■ Barcode scanning, sample adding, mixing, centrifugation,
interpretation, the whole process of automation and
standardization.
■ Using a unique interpretation method of Infrared light and
luminous flux, analyse and judge and save the experimental results
qualitatively and quantitatively.
■ The experimental results were retained in both directions
synchronously by photographed and the light flux change curve. The
whole test was monitored and traced.
Value of Application
■ To verify each other with different blood group detection methods
to avoid the methodological defects of a single method. It is a
high consensus in academic circles to ensure the safety of blood
transfusion.
■ As a new detection method, BaSO Automated Blood Group Analyzer is
used in blood group test, and mutual verification with other
experimental methods is of great practical significance for
ensuring the absolute safety of clinical blood transfusion, which
is the optimal scheme and choice.
