LED bulb gluing machine with high capacity realized by eight-station round glue dispensing machine

Machine description

This innovative rotating platform features two synchronized glue nozzles working with eight smart positions, delivering 100% faster production than single-nozzle systems. Every 90° rotation brings two fresh workpieces under the nozzles while two finished pieces exit – like an assembly line that never stops. For LED bulb production the process of bonding housing and diffuser, this two heads with 8 stations in cycle, can obviously improve work efficiency.
