Q1. Can I get some samples check your quality?
A: Yes,you can require for samples to check the printing and material quality,and we will provide you sample for free, as long as you pay for the express fee,we usually use DHL courier,you will receive the samples within 3-5working days.
Q2. Are you a manufacturing company or a trading company?
A: We are 100% manufacturing plants engaged in thermal paper production for more than 20 years,enjoying a high reputationlocally.
The factory area exceeds 50,000 square meters,and will expand to 100,000 square meters in the future.
Q3. D0 you provide OEM service?
A: We can print logo or add on frond/back of the products to enlarge your business. The carton and inner package can also be customized.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A: 12-15 days for pre-printed rolls & sheets.

How to finish the order?

1. Send us purchase order or send order details by email, we will send you Proforma Invoice with complete order details and bank details for you to arrange advance.

A.Specification, quantity, packing, carton printing.

B.Consignee & Notify party details to make Bill of lading later.

C.Shipping documents: B/L, invoice, packing list, CO(for Middle East, Africa), FORM A(Canada), FORM E(Southeast Asia), those documents are free offered by shipper.CIQ(Egypt, Ethiopia), SGS Report(Uganda, other countries), SONCAP(Nigeria) are requested by buyers' countries,paid by clients if requested.

2. Payments: TT, 30% of order amount for production, balance before container loading.
