SA106B seamless steel pipe is mainly used for heating surface pipes in low to medium-pressure boilers (with working pressures generally not exceeding 5.88 MPa and working temperatures below 450°C). It is also used for heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, and pipes for the petrochemical industry in high-pressure boilers (with working pressures generally above 9.8 MPa and working temperatures between 450°C to 650°C).

SA106C is a carbon-manganese steel pipe material. SA106C is a steel grade in the ASMESA-106 standard, used for manufacturing large-diameter boiler pipes and high-temperature superheaters. This material has strong plasticity, good toughness, simple production process, and good resistance to both cold and heat. Using SA106C, which is carbon-manganese steel pipe material, to manufacture some low-temperature equipment or high-temperature vessels is very suitable and can save about 10% in material costs compared to other materials.

1. SA-106C is a type of high-pressure boiler tube, mainly used in water walls, superheaters, preheating zones, heat exchangers, pipelines, etc., with a pressure range of 6 MPa to 13.9 MPa and steam temperatures between 450°C to 580°C. It belongs to high-pressure vessels.

2. SA-106C pipes are mostly thick-walled boiler pipes, operating under harsh conditions. Therefore, SA-106C finished pipes are required to have good plasticity and toughness, lower effective sensitivity, good welding performance, and cold bending performance, as well as higher room temperature and intermediate temperature strength.
