Shaft & Roller


Entering the forming stage, a series of forming rollers of different shapes and specifications gradually cold-bend the plate in sequence. They accurately shape specific waveforms, rib heights and contours according to the design requirements of the floor deck.
Like skilled craftsmen, they precisely shape and contour the specific shapes and contours required for glazed tiles.
Pressing Section & Cutter

The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.

After the metal sheet has gone through the uncoiling, leveling and precise forming process, the cutter begins to play its core function. It can accurately cut the continuously formed steel sheet according to the preset length.
